Exit Plan Packages for Batch A and B Beneficiaries from Npower

Former beneficiaries of the N-Power program can choose from a variety of Npower departure plan options. Former recipients would be given a large sum of money to establish their own enterprises and make ends meet as part of one of the packages.


Another sort of exit package is to hire some as full-time instructors to assist the Nigerian educational system.


N-Power Batch A and B beneficiaries will now be able to access permanent professional opportunities or business opportunities as part of the N-Power exit strategy.


The Federal Government has announced that former N-power beneficiaries would be able to apply for job possibilities created for program volunteers, beginning with an agent network in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).


This was revealed by Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, at the 4th annual assessment of the Home Grown School Feeding Programme (NHGSFP). Beneficiaries from batches A and B of the N-Power program are eligible.

The Federal Governments have started preparations for the transition of N-power Batch A and B through the construction of the NEXIT site, which will allow those who sign up to access other government empowerment initiatives.


The Federal Government has announced three job opportunities for former Npower Volunteers (SANEF, Agric Enumerator, and GEEP), which will be available through the NEXIT site.

Under the Shared Agent Network Expansion Facility, 200,000 people will be hired as financial services operators (SANEF).

Under the Mass Agric Programme, over 30,000 former N-Agro beneficiaries have been enlisted and deployed to local government areas across the country for enumeration of farmers, mapping of farm lands, and geospatial experts.


Others will be able to take advantage of the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), which will provide them with opportunity to improve or start new firms through a micro-enterprise initiative.


Many chances are included in the NEXIT plan package. To apply for the CBN Empowerment Programmes for N-power Beneficiaries, go to nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng and click on ‘Sign Up Here' underneath the login form.


The Federal Government feels that these packages will assist all previous Npower beneficiaries in achieving the program's goals.
